Doris Ojo - PgDip  MBA
Lead Consultant/Facilitator; Learning & Development Expert; IT Strategy & Implementation; Corporate Strategy & Change Management Specialist; Customer Care Expert; Leadership Skills and Management Development Specialist. Doris has extensive experience of training, organisational development & management gained from working in a variety of business sectors.  As a Learning & Development Consultant, Doris has broad experience of delivering leadership programmes, international management training, team building events & business consultancy. She has also dealt with many major company changes such as mergers, takeovers, restructuring & relocation.   Doris is passionate about delivering training programmes that enable individuals to realise their full potential, as well as delivering real business results.  She currently splits her time between training senior managers, facilitating problem solving workshops and tackling a variety of consultancy assignments. A member of UK based Institute of Training and Organisational Learning as well as a member of the UK Chartered Management Institute; Doris is also a qualified Management Consultant and Lean Management Professional.

Dr Leslie Gadman PhD - Lead Consultant/Facilitator
Dr. Leslie Gadman is a leading expert in the field of leadership development and executive education.  A former Managing Director, DukeCE Mindful Leadership Programme, a spin-off of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University USA, Leslie has delivered customised management education worldwide and has written several books on leadership and Innovation.  Also a lecturer in Strategic Management & Organisational Behaviour, he’s served as a consultant to private companies and public agencies in the areas of strategy formulation & implementation, change leadership & knowledge management. During his many years as a consultant at Cap Gemini, Leslie advised clients in multinational firms and new ventures in several countries, including the United States, Switzerland, France, Lebanon, Jordan and United Kingdom. His research interests are strategic innovation; cooperative strategies; strategic processes including organizational learning, knowledge and competence development; strategic management practices in emerging industries.
Leslie is the author of “Power Partnering: A Strategy for Excellence in the 21st Century” and is currently writing a second book entitled ‘Open Source Leadership’ which will be on the bookshelves this September, 2008. He has published in journals such as the Leadership and Organisational Development Journal, Journal of Management Science, the Asian Journal on Quality and MIT’s Sloan Management Review. 

Prof Cary Cooper - Consultant
Cary is the author of over 100 books (on occupational stress, women at work, and industrial and organisational psychology), has written over 400 scholarly articles for academic journals, and is a frequent contributor to national newspapers, TV and radio.  He is currently Founding Editor of the Journal of Organizational Behaviour and Co-Editor of the medical journal Stress & Health (formerly Stress Medicine).  He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, The Royal Society of Arts, The Royal Society of Medicine, The Royal Society of Health, and an Academician of the Academy for the Social Sciences.  Professor Cooper is the President of the British Academy of Management, is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute and one of the first UK based Fellows of the (American) Academy of Management (having also won the 1998 Distinguished Service Award from the Academy of Management).   In 2001, Cary was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for his contribution to organizational health.  He holds Honorary Doctorates from Aston University, Heriot-Watt University, Middlesex University  and Wolverhampton University.
