The Mindful Leadership Programme

Our unique Mindful Leadership Programme, emphasises on the 'human' element of modern business. The Programme enhances participants' ability to reflect in-depth on the knowledge, skills and requirements of a successful business leader/manager.

By exploring multi-disciplinary ideas and concepts through flexible daily agendas, participants are encouraged to reflect on the trends and pressures shaping corporate life today; on how to create organisations that are valuing of human relationships, innovative and profitable; and on the basic concepts of Complexity Science - including interdependence and impermanence/change. Ethics, social responsibility and trust - and their implications for profitability and resource allocation - are also on the itinerary, as well as discussions about what is expected of today's leaders and a leader's role in generating interest, caring and willingness in organisations.

The concepts of a learning organisation and knowledge management; strategic planning, visions and organisational transformation; and the theories of emotional intelligence, diversity and personal support systems are also brought to participants' attention. The programmes close with individuals making specific commitments to apply the lessons learned and to endeavour to adopt 'mindfulness' in practise.

Executive Leadership Programme

Experienced in a senior leadership position this programme is an opportunity to reflect on your leadership through the eyes of others, taking this learning and your own personal leadership objectives into an intensive three day residential with significant outcomes for reinforcing your leadership skills and learning to stretch your capability.

Leadership in Management

With a leadership role in your organisation, and ready to explore your leadership capability in depth, this programme provides an opportunity for you to learn where your strengths lie in leading others and recognise the impact you can have in your leadership role.

Leadership in Management is an intensive short programme where you will explore the fundamental aspects of good leadership, communication and team building through interaction with a group of other middle and senior managers.
